We support holistic education and need a reliable tech professional to ensure our systems keep students and staff connected.

JOB SUMMARY

You will provide hands-on and remote technical support for computer systems, networks, and classroom technologies. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, user access, and connectivity issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, Exchange, Azure)
  • Network troubleshooting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (background check required)
Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2 support to staff on-site and remotely
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS (7/8/10/11), Office 365, Active Directory, Azure
  • Support network issues: DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers/switches
  • Manage user accounts and access
  • Maintain documentation and use Help Desk system (Autotask)
  • Participate in on-call support rotation
