We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Technician with proven experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems. As an IT Support Technician, you will represent the quality service that KeepConnected is known by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to members of our community. Being a hybrid of both 80% on-site and 20% remote, you will work from home and travel to client locations within the Ottawa area to troubleshoot computers, laptops, tablets and various technology devices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (Level 2/3 support)
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex technical issues
