As an IT Support Technician, you will represent the quality service that KeepConnected is known by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to members of our community. Being a hybrid of both 80% on-site and 20% remote, you will work from home and travel to client locations within the Ottawa area to troubleshoot computers, laptops, tablets and various technology devices.
