Microcel invites you to submit your application as an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team of Sub-Contractors and provide technical support to staff and students in Victorian Government Primary & Secondary schools. The ideal candidate will be hired as a sub-contractor and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as experience with network administration and server support.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL REQUIRE HIGH LEVEL, ADVANCED TECHNICAL SKILLS IN:

• Windows Server Technologies
• Service and management of Windows and Apple devices
• Network Administration

• Administer and support the school’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop computers
• Provide technical support to staff and students with a variety of IT issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install and configure new hardware and software
• Maintain the school’s IT documentation
