IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Position Summary: Join our Network Operations team and become a key resource in supporting and maintaining computer systems, software, peripherals, and mobile devices across the organization. The IT Support Technician provides hands-on technical assistance, diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, and ensures the smooth operation of end-user technology in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
