• Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor, research, and optimize network

• Application & System Support: Manage application support processes, investigate technical issues, and provide expert troubleshooting for networks and systems.
• Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain networks, software, servers, and workstations, while planning upgrades and performance optimizations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for network inventory, fault resolutions, and system modifications, generating reports as needed.
• Monitoring & Security: Use monitoring tools to track system and network performance, conduct basic vulnerability assessments, and ensure incident resolution aligns with protocols.
• Policy & Best Practices: Apply operational procedures, configure network settings, and ensure compliance with standard policies and industry best practices.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
