(Conditions Apply) UTA free passes are available for your work commute Job Description: The IT Support Technician is an entry-level position to support the basic technical needs of employees at Odyssey House. This is a full-time, benefitted position. Schedule may require evening and weekend coverage. The typical duties, tasks, and responsibilities performed by IT Technicians are: Provide onsite and remote technical support Respond to assigned IT tickets in a timely and professional manner Assist the IT team with the creation and management of logins for all systems for new and existing users Install, maintain, and support IT equipment for end users Help new employees get set up with their work stations if needed Train new employees on how to access their computers, log in to Google Workspace and other applications, and utilize security features when applicable. Maintain internal logs and record systems. Help maintain systems owned by the IT department. Be willing to assist in setting up new sites and working with the IT team on any projects as needed.
