You job will include:

• Onsite support to customer in need of IT support
• Diagnose faulty operating systems and repair/reload
• Diagnosing and repairing wifi and small networking issues
• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware in computers.
• Setting up printers
• Setting up a new computers (transferring data from one computer to another, setting up email accounts, etc.)
• Performing virus removal and checking for malware and remote access software
• Changing settings in Windows OS to assist customer experience
• Many other IT support related jobs

You will require:

• A customer services orientated approach to helping and solving problems
• The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon
• English speaking as your first language
• A good understanding of all things tech related - you’ll be helping setup, fix, and provide support for laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers, Windows OS. etc.
• Your own vehicle and current driver’s license
• Your own tools and basic parts to perform required services (a recommended list will be provided)

Preferable

• Liability insurance
• A history of providing on-site tech support in a home or office environment OR someone who is currently studying the field of technology

Pay: $49.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
