POSITION SUMMARY

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and issues within the company. You will support our team by maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all staff have the tools they need to work efficiently. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing exceptional support, and contributing to a technology-driven workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and common software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and network problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor network performance and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, requests, and resolutions.
