Overview IT Support Technician Seven Hills Foundation The IT Support Technician (Field Support) works on activities assigned by the regional manager and Director of IT Operations and is responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to end-users across various locations, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems, peripherals, and software applications. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system installations, upgrades, and repairs, and providing excellent customer service in a field-based environment. The technician collaborates with the IT team to resolve escalated issues, maintains accurate documentation of support activities, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. They are proactive problem-solvers with strong communication skills, capable of working independently to support a dynamic workforce. Vacation Cash-Out Option 3 Paid Personal Days 11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Provides field services for all aspects for Seven Hills Foundation (SHF) computer/technology operations for all Seven Hills Foundation (SHF) subsidiaries and affiliates which including new installations, relocations and miscellaneous hardware and software problems as they develop on as needed basis. Provides hardware and software trainings to staff of Seven Hills Foundation (SHF) subsidiaries and affiliates. Supports web site/data integration for SHF subsidiaries and affiliates. Assists internal customers with technology needs as may determined and required. Serves as a liaison with appropriate Seven Hills Foundation (SHF) departments, for the purpose of report coordination and computer/network maintenance. Assists the Chief Information Office (CIO) to monitor Seven Hills Foundation (SHF) technology, inventory, reordering. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Writing, Communications or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in information systems and/or technology related skills. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent organizational and communications skills required. Ability to drive with valid Driver's License required. Cybersecurity: Protecting systems and data from cyber threats. Software Development: Designing and developing software applications. Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users. Time Management: Managing one's own time efficiently. Emotional Intelligence: Awareness of others' feelings and emotions.
