Responsibilities encompass serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries at the user level, addressing user needs promptly, and ensuring the optimal functioning of all systems, among other tasks. Additionally, the role may involve occasional responsibilities such as installing network and camera cabling, setting up wired/wireless networks, implementing security camera systems, configuring phone systems, and managing door access systems Job Description General IT Support Serving as the primary point of contact for users, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining a positive, charismatic demeanor to build trust and rapport. Cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through active listening, clear communication, and personalized support. Hardware & Software Support Installing and configuring hardware and software components, ensuring seamless user experiences and providing guidance with enthusiasm. Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware, while explaining processes in an approachable and reassuring manner. Managing technical documentation with meticulous attention to detail to support efficient service delivery. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of services performed during interactions, highlighting customer feedback and resolutions. Assisting with the installation of Ethernet and Coaxial cabling, as well as network or security systems, while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. Requirements Requirements Skills and Capabilities You Bring Minimum Experience: · 2+ years in customer service roles, demonstrating charisma, empathy, and the ability to handle diverse client needs effectively. · 1+ year in IT support and systems maintenance. · Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment. · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on engaging and persuasive interactions. · Exceptional interpersonal skills and charisma to foster positive relationships and de-escalate challenging situations. · Keen attention to detail. · Strong problem-solving skills, applied in a customer-centric manner. · Ability to lift up to 50lbs. · Ability to work comfortably on a ladder. · Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment. · Knowledge of On-Prem/Azure Active Directory. · Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
