A fantastic IT Support Technician role has become available with a leading employer in the Fermanagh area. This is a brilliant role for someone with 2-3 years of experience to join a busy professional team. Your role will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to company staff on-site at their Fermanagh HQ. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will provide first-line support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 -3 years’ of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote support tools and techniques and familiarity with various software applications and enterprise systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
