IT Support Technician role available with a busy IT company based in County Monaghan.
SK9 are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join a professional and friendly team based on-site in their offices in County Monaghan. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. Driving license essential for travel as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration of Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, DNS & Wifi
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange servers and email troubleshooting also very beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Provide onsite support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of cloud services.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
