Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We currently have a part time position available for an IT Support Technician to join our Tech Support Team, based in Cleveland. This role reports to the IT Support Tech Manager and is key to supporting day-to-day technology operations across our stores, Contact Centre, and Head Office.
The IT Support Technician provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, VOIP, and networking systems. The role also contributes to IT innovation, system implementation, process improvement, and asset management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Triage and resolve IT support requests via FreshService
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VOIP, and network issues
  • Support key systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Storman Cloud, 8x8, MDM, FreshService, and Jira
  • Manage IT assets from deployment through to secure decommissioning
  • Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and account management
  • Collaborate with IT & Innovations on upgrades, testing, and rollouts
  • Liaise with vendors for solutions and enhancements
  • Create and maintain user training documentation
