We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician for our long-established client in the Swadlincote area, this is a full-time office-based position.

There will be a significant level of customer contact so good customer service skills will be necessary. Visiting local customers on site, and providing remote support. (fuel expenses paid)

Full UK drivers’ licence and own vehicle is essential.

Working hours Monday to Friday (35hrs per week)

Duties include:

Dealing with shop customers in need of support on PC’s, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

Onsite visits to local clients to fix software and networking issues.

Providing business support for Office 365 access and other PC, printer, and network router issues.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a hands-on IT support role, or level 3 IT Support certification.

Good working knowledge of:

Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server 2016-2025

Microsoft 365, Intune

Various Email and Antivirus applications

PC / Mac / laptop installation, diagnostics and fault finding

• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, routers, cabling)
