WHAT YOU’LL DO KEEP PEOPLE WORKING * Triage, resolve, or escalate IT issues based on urgency and business impact * Keep users informed with clear updates and realistic timelines * Document resolutions thoroughly to prevent repeat issues MANAGE DEVICES & ACCESS * Provision laptops, peripherals, and system access for new hires * Execute secure off‑boarding and role‑change access updates * Maintain accurate device and asset records SUPPORT OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY * Respond quickly to production‑impacting issues * Support shared workstations, scanners, label printers, and warehouse systems * Identify recurring issues and contribute to permanent fixes PROTECT STANDARDS AND SECURITY * Follow established IT and security standards * Recognize risks and escalate security or compliance issues early * Document exceptions with clear rationale WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent hands‑on experience). * 2–5 years of end‑user IT support experience (Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, networking basics). * Experience with ticketing systems, device provisioning, and asset tracking. * Strong judgment, documentation habits, and follow‑through. * Clear, practical communication style with technical and non‑technical users. * Bonus: Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse technology, MFA, or regulated environments.
