EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and “soft skills”.
  • Solid administrative skills, ideally including stock management and monthly stock control checks (desirable but not essential).
  • Problem-solving ability, with experience in resolving customer requests and managing complex requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.
  • Competent with all IT skills, with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

We have a great opportunity to join our IT Service Delivery team as a User and Asset Administrator based in our London Office, overlooking Tower Bridge.
You will play a key part in supporting user and asset management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely administration of user accounts, as well as maintaining accurate asset information in line with agreed SLAs

You will be responsible for:

  • The creation of all new starters and profiling their laptops
  • The on-boarding all new starters
  • The processing of leavers and ensuring the return of the IT equipment.
  • Maintaining detailed records in the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensuring all tasks and activities are logged and updated in real-time
  • To complete daily, weekly and monthly assurance, audits and review tasks in accordance with the controls defined in ISO27001
  • Maintaining and continually improving the asset and user registry and processes

Within this role you will also work closely with other Service Delivery personnel to ensure a consistent and high quality support service is delivered to the business.
