Job Description VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Skills . Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests. Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels. Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities. Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
