Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
  • Provide first-line support to staff and learners, including password resets, account access, and software queries.
  • Support the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Learn to log, track, and update IT support requests through the service desk system.
  • Assist with installing and updating software applications under supervision.
  • Support IT team members in maintaining IT equipment, networks, and printers.
  • Shadow IT staff to gain insight into network administration, cybersecurity basics, and IT asset management.
  • Follow IT procedures and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.
