• Strengthening our IT infrastructure team
• Support of over 150 devices for more than 100 end users on-site, using SaaS services such as Okta Access Management, IRU MDM, and more.
• First and second level support for on-site staff
• Management of hardware such as MacBooks, Mac minis, Apple TVs and peripherals
• Administration and license management for various SaaS solutions
