- Administration of our Windows workstations and user accounts

- Support of network, WLAN, printers, mobile data entry devices, and other hardware

- Setting up new workstations and managing access and user rights

- Point of contact for our employees regarding technical questions

- Coordination and collaboration with external IT service providers

- Participation in IT security, backups, updates, and documentation

- Preparation and cleaning of large Excel, CSV, and product data sets

- Merging and reconciling data
