Join Prompt IT as a Network & Security EngineerAt Prompt IT, we empower businesses with technology solutions that drive security, efficiency, and growth. We're seeking a dedicated Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage reliable, secure infrastructures our clients depend on.

• Your Role:Plan, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure and security systems in a Windows Server Environment.
• Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, NVR, DVR, NAS, Email, Printers
• Perform routine IT support through our Zoho helpdesk system.
• Monitor network and Endpoint security health to ensure uptime, performance, and protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network issues promptly.
• Define and enforce security tools, policies, and best practices to safeguard client environments.
• Your Qualifications:Attested Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking, IT Infrastructure or a related field (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in network administration and security on Windows Server platforms (required).
• Preferred certifications: MCSE, CCNP.
• Proven expertise with Networking, firewalls, switching and routing, Server configuration (Hyper V)
