Roles & Responsibilities

As an IT System Administrator (m/f/d), you will be a key part of this transformation. You will be involved in shaping the modernization of our IT landscape from the ground up, working closely with the new IT management team and jointly developing standards, services, and structures that will be sustainable in the long term. You will actively contribute best practices, cloud-first approaches, and modern security concepts, and take on genuine responsibility.

Building a modern, secure IT infrastructure

• IT system administration for the entire law firm
• 
  
• Design and implementation of a modern, documented IT architecture for network, server, cloud and end devices
• 
  
• Introduction of modern firewall, network and VLAN structures
• Stabilization and modernization of existing systems (servers, telephony, marketing servers)

• Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Implementation and operation of Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access and Endpoint Security
• Management and expansion of Azure resources

Security & Compliance

• Implementation of GDPR requirements and security best practices

• Operation of a password manager, MFA and access concepts

• Setting up backup, monitoring and logging solutions

• Support in building a sustainable governance structure (e.g. policies, standards, guidelines)

• Advising specialist departments on requirements for IT systems and processes

• Close collaboration within the IT team for the continuous development of the IT landscape.
