DDIPO GmbH is a specialized IT service provider for the restaurant and catering industry . We support our clients in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of their IT infrastructures, allowing them to focus on their core business. In addition to supporting existing systems, we also develop our own software solutions specifically tailored to the needs of the restaurant and catering sector. With our innovative tools, we ensure seamless IT support in a dynamic and demanding market environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented IT system administrator / IT support employee (m/f/d) who supports our customers with technical expertise and commitment.

Your tasks

• Support of our customers' IT systems and networks, both remotely and on-site.
• Technical support (1st and 2nd level) for our customers with hardware and software problems
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable documentation of the solutions
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, clients and peripheral devices
• Setting up and managing user accounts and access rights
• Support for IT projects such as migrations, rollouts and security measures
• Documentation of IT systems and processes for our customers

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT administration and IT support, ideally in a customer environment, is an advantage.
• Safe handling of ticketing systems and documentation tools
• Solution-oriented work, teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Customer focus and friendly demeanor
