To get you started, you'll receive a structured onboarding plan and a dedicated contact person. Our procedures and processes are documented, allowing you to familiarize yourself with our systems and ways of working step by step.

And before you use something with a client, you can try it out yourself.

We have demo units of our products and our own test environment where you can configure, try things out, and even break something.

We don't install anything at the customer's site that we haven't used and tested ourselves.

With growing experience, you take on more and more responsibility and eventually look after your own clients – naturally with the entire team behind you.

Your tasks

Together with us, you will be responsible for the IT of our business customers, including:

• Support and administration of IT systems for our business customers
• Server and network administration
• Firewalls and IT security
• Backup and recovery solutions
• Switches and WLAN
• Virtualization
• Email and web security
• Error analysis and technical support
• Planning and implementation of new IT solutions
• Installation and migration of customer systems
• Documentation of the supervised environments

With increasing experience, you take over customers holistically – instead of only being responsible for a small technical sub-area.

Who we are looking for

• have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT training,
• You have already gained initial practical experience in IT,
• You enjoy working on servers, networks and IT infrastructure,

• You are keen to continuously develop your professional skills.

You can be a recent graduate just as easily as an experienced IT administrator or IT specialist .

You don't have to know everything yet.

It is important to us that the basics are sound and that you are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
