DESCRIPTION DE L’EMPLOI

  • Fournir un support logiciel, matériel et opérationnel aux clients et utilisateurs avec gestion des incidents;
  • Assistance technique en cas de panne/réparation, diagnostics et dépannage
  • Maintenance et services managés des serveurs et des postes utilisateurs
  • Configurer et installer des postes de travail, des serveurs, des périphériques. Mettre à niveau le matériel informatique et les composants.
  • Participer à divers projets informatiques
  • Rédiger la documentation des procédures, politiques et processus ;
  • Maintenir à jour l’inventaire matériel et logiciel du client ;
  • Effectuer et surveiller les tâches opérationnelles des réseaux clients.
  • De temps en temps, offrir une assistance sur site aux clients
  • Participer à toute autre activité liée au service informatique.
  • Aide les ventes à offrir des solutions personnalisées aux clients

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Provide software, hardware and operational support to clients and users with incident management;
· Break/fix technical support, diagnostics and trouble-shooting
· Maintenance and managed services for servers and user workstations
· Configure and install workstations, servers, peripherals. Upgrade computer hardware and components.
· Participate in various IT projects
· Write documentation for procedures, policies and processes;
· Maintain client’s hardware & software inventory up-to-date;
· Perform and monitor the operational tasks of client networks.
· From time to time, offer on-site support to customers
· Participate in any other activities related to the IT department.
· Assists sales in offering custom solutions to customers

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
· Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Workstation & Server) with Active Directory
· Experience working with MS Office applications
· Expertise in Microsoft and Networking technologies.
· Strong hardware and software troubleshooting & research skills in a fast-paced environment
· Strong understanding of routers and managed switches

· Strong understanding of workstation and server hardware

  • VoIP experience
  • SaaS experience

OTHER (NICE TO HAVE) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Experience with Backup software and hardware.
· Knowledge of the MAC operating system
· Have experience doing hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other deployment related activities

EXPERIENCE:

· IT support: 3 year (preferred)
