• Administration and operation of the server landscape (Windows & Linux) and the cloud infrastructure, including updates, patches and upgrades.
• Shared responsibility for the network environment at multiple locations (LAN, WLAN, switches, VLANs, VoIP) as well as for central infrastructure components such as Proxmox, Barracuda and Veeam.
• Support and further development of the Microsoft cloud environment with a focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, as well as licensing and compliance issues.
• Replacement of the local Windows domain.
• Support with IT security, backup and disaster recovery processes, as well as implementation of measures for the continuous improvement of IT security.
• Handling helpdesk and support requests, as well as providing support to users with technical questions.
• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT field or comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in the administration of IT systems, IT security and network environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, ideally with Proxmox or comparable hypervisor platforms.
• Enjoyment of the topics of automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Ansible, OpenTofu or Bicep).
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Willingness to carry out planned maintenance, project and implementation work outside of regular working hours.
