ABOUT THIS OPPORTUITY :

Our client is looking out for 3 years of functional experience as at System Analyst. You will need to be familiar with Singapore Government ICT Standards and IM8 Policy requirments, supporting IT Systems base on Government Commrecial Cloud in Auzure Cloud domain.

Job Description :

• Collaborate with business stakeholder and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for system operations and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements.
• Collaborate with Project stakeholders and ICT providers for the systems hosted on GCC2.0 (Government Commercial Cloud), configure, maintain Digital forms, workflows, reports and dashboards, business taxonomy and configurable system components.
• Collaborate with business users and technology partners to explore tools and solutions that are related to BIM (Building Information Modelling), CDE (Common Data Environment) and GIS (Geographic Information System).
• Host weekly meetings with multiple vendors to discuss on system performance/system enhancements/service request management.
• Recording of security advisories from GovTech and CyberSecurity Agency and follow-up with vendors on security advisories recommendation and implementation.
• Management and coordination of onboarding internet systems assets into GCSOC monitoring portal. Update the incidents for assets unavailability in Cyber Threat Portal.
• PostmanV2 SMS portal administration(including campaign creation/configuration/API keys generation) for SMS relay.
• Adhoc scanning of Internet facing systems through Internet Hygiene portal (IHP) and share report with vendor on issues and remediation.
• Whole of Government digital service dashboard (WOGAA) portal management to update system downtime/system report (performance)/users feedback etc and coordinate with system owner and vendor for remediation.
• Vendor briefing on IM8 technical and operational requirements.
• Coordination for Pre/post patch update management for User Acceptance Test and Production Environments hosted on GCC2.0.
• Timely review of project deliverables to ensure the completeness for acceptance.
• Maintain Project Management Office, track documentation and monitoring of progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate audit reviews, that can be conducted by Authority, or Government Agency or any 3rd party authorized by the Authority.
• Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.

Role Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in Government IT Project Delivery in Singapore.
• Azure Cloud Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in supporting IT systems hosted on Government Commercial Cloud.
• Familiar with Singapore Government ICT standards, IM8 Policy requirements.
• Graduate Degree in Information Technology.
• Strong Communication and People Management skills is recommended.
