MYER is looking for a Shared Services - Systems Analyst who will support the operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of core Shared Services systems – including HRIS/Payroll, Finance Systems, and related integrations. Acting as a generalist systems analyst, the role engages across business and IT, coordinates vendor support, documents changes, supports testing, and contributes to roadmap initiatives.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide Level 2 functional and technical support across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems with support from vendors.
  • Coordinate issue triage, testing, and defect resolution with business users and vendors.
  • Own day-to-day vendor interactions for issue resolution, enhancements, and service management.
  • Support configuration or minor change activities with vendor or internal teams.
  • Liaise with internal IT teams (Solutions Architects, Integration, BI) to maintain and evolve connected systems
  • Maintain system documentation including business processes, integrations, and configuration.
  • Track enhancement requests, maintain backlog, and support prioritisation with business leads.
  • Ensure compliance with Myer’s IT governance and change control processes.
  • Participate in release cycles, UAT coordination, and post-release reviews.
  • Engage across multiple functional areas and float to priority projects or support hotspots as needed.
  • Manage user access for Finance & HR systems (NetSuite, NSPB, Ascender) in line with role-based controls and audit requirements; support access reviews and enforce security compliance.
