MYER is looking for an WFM (Workforce Management) Systems Analyst who play a key role in the support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Myer’s Workforce Management platform (UKG Pro). The role acts as a functional and technical bridge between the business and IT, supporting end users, ensuring effective vendor engagement, and driving continual improvement.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to the user community for UKG Dimensions
  • Coordinate and support business testing (UAT) for enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to define and prioritise enhancement requests.
  • Manage and execute minor configuration changes in collaboration with vendors.
  • Support governance of the WFM SaaS solution, ensuring alignment with Myer priorities
  • Participate in CAB meetings and Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.Oversee deployment across environments (Test Pre-Prod
  • Prod)
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Myer integration team on data feeds to/from UKG.
  • Track and report on open issues, enhancement backlogs, and system performance metrics.
