This is what your day with us will look like

• Administration, support and further development of the network infrastructure in the eastern region
• Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of switches, network components and site connections
• Support and administration of VoIP and telephony systems, especially Avaya IP Office and Cloud-PBX.
• Operation and further development of the virtualization platform based on Proxmox VE
• Support for servers, clients and other IT systems, as well as assistance with rollouts and IT projects.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions, as well as support and training of employees on technical issues.
• Documentation of IT systems and collaboration with internal departments, service providers and REMONDIS IT Services GmbH (RITS)

Your qualifications at a glance

• Completed IT training, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of network and system administration, TCP/IP, VLANs and routing
• Experience with switches, network components, firewalls, VPNs and site networking
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony, ideally Avaya IP Office or Cloud-PBX.
• Experience with virtualization, preferably Proxmox VE, and ideally with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style with a strong service and customer focus.
• Class B driving licence is mandatory, good German skills and willingness to travel occasionally within the Eastern region are required.
