EXPERIENCE:

• UAT processes and reviewing associated processes is desired
• Education MIS and associated applications is required
• Experience of eLearning software and platforms is essential

THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to keep track of delivery of all software updates both relating to new projects as well as ensuring current applications are kept up to date and configured to fit business requirements as well as supporting colleagues with their usage. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that our eLearning modules are kept up to date and are fit for purpose across central colleagues and operations within our Schools, Colleges and Children’s Homes.
