REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Synology, or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in firewall administration and network security.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing protocols.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructures.
• 3CX PBX (installation and configuration).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Sophos Certified, or VMware VCP.
• Prior experience in VoIP/3CX environments is a plus.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server & Linux environments, ensuring system stability and security.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user access, and system permissions.
• Implement and monitor backup strategies (local, NAS, SAN, and cloud solutions such as Azure/AWS).
• Ensure disaster recovery readiness through scheduled testing and documentation.
• Administer and monitor firewall devices (Fortinet, SonicWall, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar) to safeguard network infrastructure.
• Configure VPNs, NAT rules, intrusion prevention systems (IPS/IDS), and advanced threat protection.
• Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
• Monitor network health and analyze/troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, VLANs, and QoS.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and optimize server resources.
• Basic management of 3CX Phone System: adding extensions, managing SIP trunks, and troubleshooting VoIP issues.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
