Ability to analyze and solve problems for Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer Support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for hardware and software Manage asset and refresh hw align life cycle rule Work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements Those with manufacturing work experience are preferred. Proficient in Chinese/English oral and written communication skills. Participate in on-call rotation. Travel to taiwan sites for site project/opeartion. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for AV devices/meeting rooms to ensure stability and performance. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare documentation, reports, and workflow materials as needed. Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for meeting business requirements. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security requirements. Participate in meetings and provide technical or operational insights.
