Responsible for the overall health and functionality of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, with a strong focus on retail Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, online sales integration, and Mobile NAV functionality. This role is a central point of contact for end-users, requiring proficiency in troubleshooting, system configuration, and providing support across various platforms. Also provide support for the Microsoft Exchange system, ensuring seamless integration and operations.
