Tasks

Comprehensive administration of the Microsoft environment (Windows, VMware)
Centralized software distribution, patch management, OS deployment and inventory management using baramundi Management Suite
Administration and monitoring of site networking via firewalls, routing/switching and VPN access
Qualified 1st/2nd/3rd level support for employees, error analysis and structured troubleshooting in the ticket system
Participation in IT projects, backup and recovery strategies, and the continuous modernization of the overall infrastructure.

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration with several years of sound professional experience in IT infrastructure
Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
Good knowledge of server/client administration
Strong service and employee orientation for daily support
Analytical thinking skills, a structured approach, and high quality standards
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
