REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Systems Management or similar capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ERP support; experience with INFOR LN is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in JSON, C#, Python, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MS IIS.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting custom applications, automation scripts, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and external service providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or equipment production environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day MIS operations in Nantong, ensuring system and infrastructure uptime to support local operations and business functions.
  • Provide full support for ERP systems, with emphasis on INFOR LN.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance custom applications and system interfaces using JSON, C#, Python, MS SQL, and MySQL.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to deploy corporate IT projects, enforce standards, and align with strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
  • Support integration between ERP and other business systems to streamline operations.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract and performance oversight.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures and compliance policies in the local IT environment.
  • Mentor, guide, and support the development of local IT team members.
