Key Responsibilities Systems & Infrastructure Management Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Monitor and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Identify and resolve issues, collaborating with developers and other IT teams to implement fixes. IT Operations Manage daily IT operations, ensuring stable and secure performance of all IT services. Maintain and monitor virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Ensure optimal functioning of backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Comvault Data Domain). Security & Governance Manage and monitor Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) tools. Implement and monitor security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and governance standard Innovation & Automation (Nice to Have) Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps for workflow and productivity automation. Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to streamline IT tasks and processes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in system administration. Technical Skills: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure: planning, deploying, and configuring cloud services. Strong hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware & Hyper-V). Good knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Data Domain). Proficiency in configuring, managing & troubleshooting Windows standard domain services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) Experience with Office 365 deployment and administration. Exposure to Linux distributions Experience working with EDR and SIEM solutions. (Nice to have) Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. (Nice to have) Scripting and automation for IT tasks (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities
