SUMMARY: The IT Systems specialist supports, monitors, and maintains the core technology systems that power both our internal operations and our customer-facing digital pharmacy platform. They work across a Windows domain infrastructure, Linux servers, databases, networking, backups, and cloud-based systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving system reliability, and ensuring secure, high-availability operations in a regulated healthcare environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor and maintain critical internal and public-facing IT systems Administer Windows domain environments including Active Directory and Group Policy Support Linux-based server infrastructure - patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting Assist with database administration, maintenance, and performance monitoring Install, configure, service, and repair hardware and software systems. Design and implement backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness procedures Support network infrastructure including subnets, routing, VPNs, and connectivity Participate in technical research and infrastructure improvement projects Document systems, procedures, and operational standards to ensure continuity Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams QUALIFICATIONS: Strong documentation and organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences Experience supporting mission-critical systems in a professional environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset Ability to work primarily onsite in Florence, KY BENEFITS PTO Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, including an HRA 401(k) with a 3% match Employee Discount on Prescription and OTC products for you and those in your household This position requires an employee to be able to lift up to 50 lb.
