Your tasks:

• You will operate and further develop our Microsoft 365 services.

• You will be responsible for the stable and secure operation of our email infrastructure (Exchange Online, Mailflow, Gateways, Security)
• ✔
• You represent your interests in projects - from smaller optimizations to larger ventures.
• ✔
• You will maintain and further develop our intranet based on Atlassian Confluence.
• ✔
• You analyze malfunctions in 2nd level support and find sustainable solutions.
• ✔
• You contribute your own ideas and actively shape new topics, according to your strengths and interests.

Your profile:

• ✔
• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT field (e.g., computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification
• ✔
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, especially Exchange, Teams and Entra ID.
• ✔
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
• ✔
• Analytical skills as well as a pragmatic and structured way of working
• ✔
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and actively driving topics forward.
• ✔
• You can empathize with others, whether IT colleagues or departmental colleagues.
• ✔
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
