  • Handling and resolving IT problems, as well as providing support to users with technical questions.
  • Support for workplace systems, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, mobile devices and specialized applications
  • Management and monitoring of IT devices using Endpoint Central and other tools
  • Setting up new workstations, managing new hires and departures, and exchanging notebooks
  • Administration and maintenance of user accounts and IT devices
  • Support with internal IT projects and technical changes
  • Creation and maintenance of IT documentation
  • Collaboration with external IT service providers and support with technical issues
  • On-site user support and improvement of IT support processes and customer service
