Key Skills:

• Experience in IT systems administration, including VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Strong understanding of network configurations, including IP management and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL server administration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migration and support.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with access control systems, including door entry management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Maintain and support VMware/Nutanix hosts and virtual machines (VMs), ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot the organization’s door entry system for secure access control.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including IP management and Wi-Fi configurations.
• Monitor and maintain SQL servers to ensure performance, security, and availability.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 migration and provide ongoing support for related issues.
• Regularly check Azure and AWS environments for optimal functionality and security.
• Manage user rights, permissions, and access control to maintain data security and compliance.
• Build, configure, and update Windows/Linux servers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Track and ensure compliance with SLAs for IT services and support requests.
