Salary: £30-£35K (depending on experience)

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented IT Systems Administrator to join our team.
This position will involve primarily maintaining the systems and infrastructure for our contact centre business and various client projects across a whole spectrum of interesting and varied requirements. Some facilities management support will occasionally be required.
The primary responsibility will be for the day to day managing, maintaining, upgrading, and development of the IT systems including infrastructure, servers, desktops, telephony and other technical systems.
You will need to be a good all-rounder, someone who thrives on new and exciting challenges and someone who enjoys developing new skills.
This role is based in our Colindale offices, in North West London, NW9.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Working within a small team, responsible for managing and maintaining the IT and office systems within the company.
· Maintenance, support and upgrades of the technical infrastructure, including File Servers, Desktops, Telephone systems, Network Switches and Routers,.
· Maintenance and Support of MS Exchange and SQL database.
· Maintenance and Support of Mitel phone system.
· Ensuring that any IT and systems goals set down are achieved within the deadlines set.
· Support and Act on the ISMS Committee for Company Accreditations including but not limited to ISO 27001:2013.
· Any other tasks required by the business
Candidates applying for the role will need:
· Minimum 2 years relevant system management experience
· Commercial awareness
· Whilst not essential, previous Call or Contact Centre experience would be advantageous
Main Technical Skills
· MS Windows Server 2016
· MS Exchange Server 2016
· MS SQL Server database administration
· VMWare, Hyper-V, and Windows Virtualised server environments
· MS Windows 10 workstations and typical office hardware
· Network Infrastructure
· Mitel MiVoice Business and MiCollab ACD phone system
· MS Word and Excel – intermediate user
Problem Solving and Decision Making
· Understanding project principals
· Identifying IT solutions and development ideas to address business issues
· Managing IT solutions and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
· Testing and implementation of new hardware and software solutions
· Experience of managing capability and resource constraints
