Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our central IT team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and user support across all branches. This is a hands-on, varied role that offers the opportunity to grow your skills and gain experience working on a wide range of IT projects as we scale our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-line support for user issues including login, passwords, email, printing, networking, and desktop environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (PCs, barcode scanners, printers, label printers, WiFi access points).
  • Support and maintain our ERP system (Intact IQ) and internal Helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Assist the IT Manager with the delivery and implementation of new IT systems and company-wide technology projects.
  • Manage user accounts (Active Directory, Email, VPN).
  • Configure, deploy, and update end-user devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Administer Office 365, including licensing, user support, and updates.
  • Maintain and document IT procedures and Business Standard Operating Procedures.
