Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal teams by ensuring the stability, security, and smooth operation of our IT systems. This position is designed for someone who is just starting their IT journey—perhaps you’ve just completed your degree, or you’re looking for your first full-time position in the field. You’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and be mentored by experienced professionals invested in your success. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our New Brighton, MN office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and support of company IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, and endpoints.
  • Respond to user requests and troubleshoot technical issues both in-person and remotely, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Participate in regular system backups, updates, and security checks to maintain system integrity.
  • Help onboard and offboard employees by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and devices.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and user guides to support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff and other departments to deliver successful IT projects and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in IT systems administration through training and self-study.
  • Contribute ideas to optimize workflow and enhance the employee technology experience.
