1. Mission and key priorities of the role
As a IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and providing first-level Helpdesk support. You will work closely with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, maintaining and improving IT infrastructure. Your ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges will be key to your success in this role.

  1. Your responsibilities include
  • You will provide first-level Helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth system operations.
  • You will assist in system administration tasks, including managing users, permissions, and configurations.
  • You will maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
  • You will support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
  • You will work closely with end-users to ensure their IT needs are met efficiently.
  • You will collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and implementations.
  • You will document technical processes and solutions for internal use.
  • You will maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  1. Who are we looking for
  • 4-5 years of experience in helpdesk support plus 1-2 years as a system administrator.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Comfortable working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Passion for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges.
  • You will be based in Pordenone.
