SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Glen Burnie, MD
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site several days per week | Approximately 50% travel

MEDBRIDGE HEALTHCARE IS A LEADING PROVIDER OF SLEEP LABORATORY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND SLEEP THERAPY. WE PARTNER WITH HOSPITALS AND PHYSICIAN PRACTICES TO DELIVER FULLY INTEGRATED CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH SLEEP DISORDERS—SUPPORTING EVERYTHING FROM IDENTIFICATION AND TESTING TO DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, AND LONG-TERM CARE MANAGEMENT.

We are seeking a Systems Administrator who is passionate about innovation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to take ownership of mission-critical projects. If you enjoy designing scalable solutions, leading technical initiatives, and working collaboratively across departments, we’d love to hear from you.
Note: Candidates must reside in or near Glen Burnie, MD, as the position requires regular in-office presence and regional travel (up to 50%).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be flexible and able to travel throughout the company’s service area with short notice
  • Occasional overnight stays required, averaging 50% of the work schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in an IT role with strong hands-on technical experience
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Windows and Unix systems administration
  • Active Directory and group policies
  • Enterprise backup and recovery tools
  • System monitoring tools and performance tuning
  • Networking protocols and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in project management and application integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in relevant IT disciplines a plus

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50+ pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and use hands to operate office equipment
  • May be exposed to chemical vapors (e.g., acetone, ether, glutaraldehyde); PPE provided
  • No exposure to bloodborne pathogens in this role
