SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Glen Burnie, MD
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site several days per week | Approximately 50% travel

WE PARTNER WITH HOSPITALS AND PHYSICIAN PRACTICES TO DELIVER FULLY INTEGRATED CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH SLEEP DISORDERS—SUPPORTING EVERYTHING FROM IDENTIFICATION AND TESTING TO DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, AND LONG-TERM CARE MANAGEMENT.

We are seeking a Systems Administrator who is passionate about innovation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to take ownership of mission-critical projects. Note: Candidates must reside in or near Glen Burnie, MD, as the position requires regular in-office presence and regional travel (up to 50%).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be flexible and able to travel throughout the company’s service area with short notice
• Occasional overnight stays required, averaging 50% of the work schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success in an IT role with strong hands-on technical experience
• Deep knowledge of:
• Windows and Unix systems administration
• Active Directory and group policies
• Enterprise backup and recovery tools
• System monitoring tools and performance tuning
• Networking protocols and infrastructure
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
• Experience in project management and application integration
• Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Professional certifications in relevant IT disciplines a plus

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50+ pounds occasionally
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and use hands to operate office equipment
• May be exposed to chemical vapors (e.g., acetone, ether, glutaraldehyde); PPE provided
• No exposure to bloodborne pathogens in this role
