Description:
The IT system administrator is responsible for system performance, design, reliability, and the security and optimization of computer systems.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred certifications include:

• CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
• Microsoft (MCP/MCSA/Azure)
• Cisco (CCNA)

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

KEY SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, network protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and provide responsive support to end users
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
