The primary duties include administering servers, managing all company hardware and software, including, but not limited to, laptop and desktop computers, tablets/iPads, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, virtual private networks, drivers and phones. The Sys Admin is responsible for software and security deployment, updates, and patches. The Sys Admin will work under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, and in collaboration with company Business Analyst’s and other members of the internal and external IT support teams.   Essential Functions:    * Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, virtual private networks, drivers, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches. * Manage Cisco Meraki Dashboard: Security Devices, Subnet Addresses, Static IPs, Guest/Employee Wi-Fi access, wireless access points (WAP). * Administer Microsoft Azure Portal; manage user/group access, permissions, RBAC, and multifactor authentication for Enterprise Systems. * Develop, deploy, and enforce conditional access policies. * Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization. * Manage and develop the Company Portal (user-based self-service). * Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Portals. * Administer SharePoint and Teams. * Manage Microsoft Defender and Antivirus (Cybereason) on endpoints. * Incident Response Team Member: Utilize Microsoft Purview to conduct investigation of compromised accounts. * Vendor Management. 1. Includes but is not limited to: Ring Central, Dell, Hummingbird, Titan, CDW, Amazon, Sage, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign, RIMSS, etc. 2. Provide input into the product vision and roadmap for internal agency tools and experiences that support customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. * Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, service accounts, apps and permissions. Configure new and existing systems to required levels of compliance and security with collaboration and guidance of other internal teams. * Produce internal documentation for consumption by other teams, such as diagrams, how-to guides, or configuration documentation. * Understanding of Internet networking protocols like TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP. * Asset Management: Procure and maintain current and accurate inventory of IT hardware, software and resources, including warranties. * Maintain network devices for facilities. (IP address, firmware, drivers for printers) * Manage & troubleshoot Active Directory and associated services, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. * Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange infrastructure and recipients. * Partner with engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that improve quoting, onboarding, servicing and reporting. * Identify and implement technology solutions that support new customer acquisition, including lead management, digital intake, and conversion optimization. * Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and strategic alignment. * Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in agency enablement, customer experience and digital acquisition.     Competencies: * Ability to problem solve in stressful situations * Strong attention to detail * Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users * Time management skills *   Supervisory Responsibilities: None Work Environment:  On-site, in professional office environment Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
