We are now hiring two experienced IT Systems Administrators to support our expanding digital infrastructure and internal tech needs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT system administration or support roles
  • Strong understanding of IT and computer operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud storage.
  • Ability to manage IT hardware, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and configure computers and mobile devices used for construction project monitoring
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and system compliance
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an IT Systems Administrator at NeoBuild, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across our network and digital systems. You’ll provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams, manage system upgrades, and play a vital role in supporting cloud systems and on-site technologies essential to construction operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolving issues promptly
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security protocols
  • Provide first- and second-line technical support across the organisation
  • Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans, and system documentation
  • Assist with cloud-based system administration (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
  • Support the deployment of new IT solutions and digital tools for construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
