Description OAHS is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our technical infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining a stable environment across Microsoft 365, identity services, and core systems. Post-V2 migration, this position will assume full ownership of our Active Directory ecosystem Key Responsibilities: · Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all OAHS technical environments. · Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, Virtualization (VMWare), Windows Servers, and Cisco Network Appliances · Perform identity lifecycle management for all accounts and access under OAHS control. · Handle Tier-2 escalations and provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex system issues. · Participate in server patching cycles, monitoring activities, and backup verification to ensure availability and disaster-readiness. · Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and change plans. · Post-V2: Assume full responsibility for Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controller administration. Education/Experience: · Associate's degree in computer/network security, information technology or related field and/or equivalent experience · Computer proficiency required; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and identity management · experience in systems administration within a healthcare or similar regulated environment preferred Hours and Pay: · Part Time, 48 hours per 2 week pay period · Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA account with employer match · Generous PTO bank · PERA retirement with employer match · Education Assistance and Loan forgiveness program
